If the co-op accepts you for membership and offers you a unit, you must buy a share purchase of $1800 for the principal member and $10 for each associate member. You give the co-op permission to verify any or all of the information in this application, and to do a landlord check. Applications for subsidized units will have financial documents reviewed prior to any offer of a unit. If you are granted an interview, you will need to provide current income information for all earners in the household. Your financial information will be kept confidential and is not accessible to the co-op membership.
